Grounding, is the practice of physically connecting oneself to the earth.

By going barefoot or touching the surface of the earth one is grounded. Since most people are seldomly barefoot they never engage in grounding. Thus we have developed Grounding cables which allow the user to be grounded from the comfort of his or hers own home. Research indicates through contact with the Earth negatively charged electrons are transferred to the body.

Grounding allows your body to naturally receive and charge itself with these electrons. When we connect with the earth, electron deficiencies and excess free radicals in the body are corrected. A natural electrical state is restored.
